Egg salad with sausages and Parmesan

Egg salad with sausages and Parmesan

Ingredients:

lemon juice – 1 tbsp
5 high-quality sausages in natural casing
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
salt
hard-boiled eggs – 4 pieces
stemmed celery – 2 Stebel
1 small white onion
50 g low-fat cheese
0.5 tsp sweet mustard

Preparation:

Sausages put in a saucepan with cold water, place over high heat and let boil. Immediately remove, allow to cool and chop finely.

Eggs are cleaned and very finely chopped. Onions clean, chop or grind in a blender. Celery grind. Cheese grate. In a large bowl, mix the onion with mustard and lemon juice, then stir in the mayonnaise and pour cheese.

Stir until smooth, add the eggs, celery and sausage. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to the salad just slightly warm.
