canned apricots, halves
butter – 100 g
flour – 250 g
sugar – 6 tbsp
sugar powder – 180 g
egg – 1 PC.
milk – 1 tbsp
lemon juice – 3 tbsp


Butter soften and beat with a mixer with sugar. Continuing to whisk, add the egg and milk.

Sift the flour and mix with egg-oil mixture. Knead a soft dough.

On a lightly floured table roll out dough to a thickness of 5 mm. use the shape to cut out dough circles with a diameter of about 6 cm. preheat oven to 180 °C. grease Baking tray with oil and lay a sheet of parchment.

Lay circles of dough on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes to Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes, then put on a rack and cool completely.

Halves of apricots to put on paper towels and leave to dry.

For the icing mix the icing sugar with lemon juice.

To smear frosting on each cookie. In the center of the biscuit to put the halves of apricots. To give glaze to harden.
