Donuts on yogurt

Donuts on yogurt — a favorite in our family!

Preparing fast and simple, eaten by too!


Kefir — 250 ml
Sour cream — 1 tablespoon
Soda — 1 teaspoon
Eggs — 1 PC. (large)
Sol — 0.5 tsp.
Sugar — 6 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
+ 100 ml for frying
Vanilla — 2 g
Flour — 450 g
Lemon zest — 2 tbsp


Yogurt and sour cream mixed with baking soda and let stand for 10 minutes.
Egg, vanilla, vegetable oil (2 tbsp), sugar and salt beat.
Add the egg — sugar mixture into yogurt and whisk.
Sift the flour and add lemon zest.
Knead the dough with a spoon.
The table and hand oiled.
Put the dough on the table and form a ball (the dough should knead).
Propylite lightly flour table roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 — 0.8 cm
Cut glass mugs.
On each circle to make 6 incisions not reaching the middle.
In a pan preheat the oil.
Put the donuts and fry until Golden brown on moderate fire.
To flip the donuts and fry until Golden brown.
To put the ready dumplings on paper towel to soak up the excess oil.
Serve donuts sprinkled with powdered sugar.
