Ingredients:

berries (raspberries, blackberries, red currants, strawberries) – 1.5 kg
sugar – 150 g
gelatin in granules – 30 g

Preparation:

The berries carefully to touch, wash and dry them in a colander. Put aside 2-3 sprigs of red currants and some of the most beautiful berries.
