Dessert of ice-cream with fruit filling

Ingredients for 12 pieces

3 tiles of dark chocolate at 100 grams,
butter – 50g,
milk – 3 – 5 Art. l.,
Ice Cream – ≈ 400 g,
strawberries (I had frozen) – 2 – 3 pieces. to mold


The oven’s nothing we will not. The hardest part (time) is melt the chocolate molds and coat them …
An hour before cooking dessert extract cream and let it thaw at room temperature.

To prepare the chocolate coating break the chocolate into pieces and melt the water bath and add the milk and butter. Stir until smooth.

It is better to break the first one chocolate bar with 1 tbsp. l. milk and a piece of butter. Take the brush and coat with silicone mold wall with chocolate icing. Send the form to a few minutes in the freezer, so frozen chocolate.

Then prepare the second tile glaze and chocolate molds cover the second layer of glaze. Just Let cool.

While chocolate is getting cold, prepare fruits and berries. Since I have strawberries, I simply cut into pieces.

You could take the bananas with strawberries and ice cream to whip in a blender until smooth. You can do without ice cream and make the only fruit – berry filling. In general, a lot of variations

We get to the freezer with frozen glaze molds and fill stuffing.

Top spoon fill each mold completely with chocolate (third tile) and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.

A delicious dessert is ready!
