DELICIOUS LAGMAN

Ingredients:

1.5 liters of meat broth;
500 g veal;
300 g noodles;
2 sweet peppers;
2 large tomatoes;
1 large onion;
2-3 cloves of garlic;
small bunch of parsley;
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil;
salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preparation:

Pepper, tomatoes, onion peel and cut into cubes. Meat cut into small cubes.In a deep pan strongly heat the vegetable oil.

On high heat brown the meat (preferably in portions so that the meat has been stewing and frying). Then prepared meat into a bowl.

When all the meat is ready, return it to the pan. Add vegetables, cook stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes.

Then pour the warm broth, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook until tender (about an hour). Parsley and garlic are finely chopped.

For about 10 minutes before the meat is cooked, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. The noodles drain in the colander.

In deep dish put noodles, pour the soup, sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Serve the delicious dish with very hot!
