Delicions donuts


Ingredients for 20 pieces:

15 g of fresh yeast
200ml milk
25g sugar
30 g melted butter
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon brandy
450 g flour


In the warm milk with sugar breed yeast and give them to stand for about 10 minutes, to form a “cap.”

Mix the milk with butter, egg yolks and brandy. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the soft dough is slightly sticky.

Form a ball of dough, put in a bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to approach. The dough should increase in volume by half.

Approached punched the dough and roll out into a layer thickness of about 1.5 cm. With tins or glass cut out circles, which cuts through the hole in the middle. We give donuts to stand for 15-20 minutes.

On medium heat, warm up in a deep bowl vegetable oil. Fry donuts on each side until done, about 3 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm or completely cooled.
