Cutlets of pork with zucchini and cheese


Pork – 1 kg
medium onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3 cloves,
average carrot – 1
Egg 1 pc.
sulguni cheese – 150 g,
zucchini young (up to 20cm) – 1 pc.,
parsley, dill, celery taste,
salt, ground black pepper to taste
flour for breading,
vegetable oil for frying
