Cupcakes in the eggshell

Ingredients:

sugar – 50 g
egg – 1 PC.
85 g pancake flour
2 sprigs of mint
butter – 50 g
Apple
2 tbsp milk

Preparation:

Apple wash, cut into 4 pieces and remove the core. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Mint wash, dry, disassemble on the leaves and grind. Butter to mix with sugar. Add lightly beaten egg, milk and apples with mint, mix well.

Pour the sifted flour and knead soft dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. On a baking sheet to put 6 slides of salt. Pour batter on eggshells, put them on hills made of salt (they don’t roll over) and bake 25 min.
