Eggs – 1 pc.
The water – 1 tbsp
flaky dough – 500 g
Chocolate chips – 115 g


Remove the dough from the freezer and thawed at room temperature

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Cut the dough into 8 rectangular pieces.

Beat egg with water. Cut each piece of dough diagonally, put chocolate chips.

Fold the dough into bagels, put on a baking sheet and coat with beaten egg croissant.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
