Creamy ice cream


lemon, only the juice – 0.5 pieces.
egg proteins – 3 PCs.
cream fat content of 35% – 300 ml
sugar – 100 g
powdered sugar – 80 g
vanilla sugar – 0,3 tsp.

For serving:

sugar – 2 tbsp
Apple green – 1 PC.
red Apple – 1 PC.
juice of 0.5 lemon


Cream pour into a saucepan, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, stir and boil on a slow fire for 30 min. Cool down and beat with a mixer in a lush lather.

Beat the egg whites with the icing sugar and lemon juice in a dense foam.

Carefully enter the beaten egg whites into the whipped cream and carefully mix.

Cover the bowl with the ice cream with cling film and put in the freezer. After 3 hours, remove and whip the frozen ground with a mixer and put back in freezer for another 3 hours.

Wash the Apple and cut into very thin circles. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and stir.

Fold the apple mugs pairs – a circle of green and red apple circle. Between each pair put a scoop of ice cream.

You can sprinkle grated chocolate.
