Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Eggs – 3 pcs
Sugar – 300 g
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Flour – 400 g
Baking powder – 1/5 tsp
vanilla bit
Sour cream (not too fat) – 200 g


Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Egg whisk with sugar, add to oil, lemon juice and zest (1-2 teaspoons zest), still whisking add the baking powder mixed with flour and vanilla, mix

Add the cream, stir gently spread into molds and put in a hot oven and bake for about 20 minutes but it is better as the match flushed check for readiness)

It is possible to leave so you can decorate with sugar or syrup and coconut
