Couscous with prawns


Couscous – 300 g
Hot water – 2 cups
Butter – 4 tbsp
Shrimp peeled – 500 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste


Clean the shrimp.

Peel and cut the garlic cloves in half.

Heat the pan and spread with butter. Stir couscous and cover with hot water. Leave for 7 – 10 minutes. Stir.

Add the butter, salt and mix everything well again.

Krupa should get a very crumbly. Couscous is ready.

Preparation of shrimp:

In a frying pan over high heat in olive oil, melt the butter. Add the garlic and fry for about 30 seconds.

Put the shrimp into the pan. Salt and pepper. Fry for about 3-5 minutes.

Prepared shrimp and the resulting sauce can be directly mixed with couscous or simply put side by side, and pour the sauce on top.
