Cottage cheese rolls for breakfast

Ingredients for 10-12 pieces:

– 250 grams of cottage cheese paste (my usual 9% slightly softened with milk)

– 2 eggs

– 3 tbsp sugar

– a pinch of salt

– 1 vanilla sugar (10 grams)

– 1 baking powder (15 grams less possible)

– 250 grams of flour

– 1-2 tablespoons milk for greasing

Preparation:

Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt stir whisk until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder and knead a soft, sticky dough.

Baking tray lay a baking paper and greased with sunflower oil.

Wet hands form a bun, put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for about 12 minutes.

Then get rolls, brush with milk (brush), who wish, you can sprinkle a little sugar, and again in the oven for 3-5 minutes until browning.
