Cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients:

Any fat cottage cheese (I have 9%) – 250g
Milk – 100ml
Munk – 2st.l.
Sugar – 2st.l. (or taste)
Egg – 1 pc.
White chocolate – 30-50g

Preparation:

Cheese, milk, semolina, sugar and punch connect blender until smooth.

Then add the egg mix with a fork or whisk.

Chocolate cut into cubes, stir in cottage cheese.

Baking dish greased with butter, put cottage cheese. Bake in preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. The finished pudding cool, cut into pieces a la carte.

Serve with sour cream, cream.
