Cottage cheese cake without baking of cookies

Ingredients:

500- 600 g shortbread
400 – 500 grams of cottage cheese,
150 g ff. oil
1 cup of sugar,
0.5 cups of milk,
2st.l. cocoa,
50 g raisins (I used dried apricots)
50 g of walnuts.

Preparation:

Cooking cheese cream: softened butter with sugar. Add cottage cheese, whisk until smooth. Devide into two parts. One part of the mix with raisins (dried apricots or any other dried fruits, candied fruits), another grind carefully with cocoa.

We begin to gather our cheese cake without baking of cookies.

In a dish, put the bumpers for the convenience of the split form, so that the cookies in the assembly not escaped

The first layer of biscuits I dipped in milk, so leaving it on overnight, during which time biscuits soaked cream and soft. If you are going to file a cake almost immediately, then it will be better to soak the biscuits in milk.

We put biscuits close together. The second layer – the cream cheese with dried apricots, then – a layer of soaked biscuits with curd cream and again, only this time with cocoa. So alternating layers to lay out the entire cake.

The top and sides of the coat with the remnants of the cream. Sprinkle crumbs from biscuits, ground walnuts and grated chocolate.

Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
