Cookies with orange filling

Cookies with orange filling.

Offer to cook for tea delicious and flavorful shortbread filled with citrus.


sour cream 3 tbsp.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp
butter 50 g
sugar 225 g
chicken egg 1 PC.
flour 250 g
baking powder 1 tsp.
orange 1 PC.
starch 1 tbsp


Egg whisk, add 5 tbsp of sugar, beat again. In the egg mixture, add butter, vegetable oil, sour cream and flour sifted with baking powder.

Knead a soft elastic dough. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator.

Orange wash, wipe and grind in a meat grinder (peeling it).

Twisted orange mixed with 100 g of sugar and starch. Spread into the pan and boil until thickened (1-2 minutes). Cool.

A piece of chilled dough roll out into a rectangle, spread 1/4 of the orange filling, distribute evenly. Gently roll in roll.
With a sharp knife to cut into pieces (about 3-4 cm). The same would be done with the remaining batter.

Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
