Cookies with marmalade


300 g flour
200 g butter
150 g of vanilla ice cream
1 package (320 g) of marmalade
2-3 tablespoons icing sugar


Butter from the refrigerator, cut into pieces and leave for 20 minutes to make it soft.

In a deep bowl to put ice cream, gently knead it and leave for five minutes. Then add the oil, and all beat well with a mixer.

Now proseem in an oil mixture of about half portions of flour and mix well with a mixer. The rest of the flour pour slide on the work surface, lay on top of the bowl and hand knead the dough quickly. Remove the finished dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the marmalade: it must be cut into cubes 5×5 mm 4 cm.

An hour later, we’ll get the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out the dough into a rectangle with sides multiples of 5 cm. The thickness of the layer of the test must be equal to about 5 mm.

Cut into squares reservoir 5×5 cm. On each square diagonally put a piece of jelly, connect the opposite corners of the square and well pripechatat them to each other.

The oven heats up to 200 degrees. We spread the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in middle of oven for 15-20 minutes.

The finished cookies cool on a wire rack, to shift the dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
* Better use of jujube sweet and sour – apricot, plum, cherry. If the marmalade is too soft and poorly cut, before the use, hold it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
