Cookies “Madeleine”


  • flour – 120 gr,
  • Eggs – 2 pcs,
  • sugar – 80 grams,
  • butter – 90 gr,
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp.


Prepare all the necessary products.

Gently melt the butter, add the eggs and sugar.

Beat with a mixer or whisk all.

Add the flour.

1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well.

Put the dough into the molds “Madeleine” (or any other).

Bake at 190-200 degrees for 12-15 minutes
