Coleslaw with red cabbage


1.4 small head of cabbage cabbage
1/4 small head of cabbage red cabbage
1 large carrot
1 small sweet red onion
2 celery stalks
3 sprigs of parsley
1 egg yolk
1 tsp ready-made mustard krupnozernovoy
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
salt, freshly ground black pepper


In red and white cabbage, remove the stalk and upper leaves, shred the cabbage itself. Use the knife to clean the vegetables, clean the carrots, then use the knife slice it very thin wide strips.

Onion cut into thin half-rings.

Celery wash sand, dry and cut into thin slices diagonally. We remove the parsley stalks. All the vegetables mix in a large bowl.

Connect yolk, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl, lightly whisk whisk. Continuing to whisk, pour a thin stream of sesame oil.

Pour salad dressing this season with salt and pepper. Mix well, let stand 5 to 15 minutes. and serve.
