COFFEE FRUITCAKES

Ingredients:

● Flour – 200 g
● Butter – 150 g
● Sugar – 150 g
● yogurt – 100 ml
● Eggs – 2 pcs.
● baking powder – 2 tsp
● Honey – 2 tbsp
● Instant coffee – 3 tbsp
● Powdered sugar – for sprinkling

Preparation:

1. Oil pre-reserve at room tepmerature that it softened. We add to it the sugar and stir well.

2. Enter an egg, stir again.

3. Add the honey, coffee and yogurt and then knead the mass.

4. To add the flour baking powder. Slowly add this mixture to the weight of the coffee and stir until smooth.

5. Silicone molds put in the pan, grease with butter and spread them in the resulting dough.

6. Fill the molds is not more than 2/3. Since during baking cupcakes will rise and increase in volume.

7. Put the muffins in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes.

8. Let cool slightly Ready muffins and removed from the molds. When they have cooled completely, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and begin to tea party
