Coconut biscuits

Very tasty, crumbly, soft and fragrant coconut cookies


● 200g. softened margarine;
● 80g. Sahara;
● 1 egg;
● 280 grams. flour;
● 50g. coconut;
● 2 tsp baking powder;
● 2 tsp vanilla sugar;
● 0.5 tsp ground ginger.


● 50g. coconut.


Beat the softened margarine and sugar, add egg and beat well again.

Mix all dry ingredients and add gradually to the egg-margarine mass.

The dough will turn sticky. Cover with foil and remove it for an hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 175 * C.

The dough is divided into five equal parts.

Table pripylit flour and roll parts of each thin bundles, about 1 cm. In diameter and cut each harness 10 parts.

In a plate and pour the coconut roll bar in each chip, then spread on a baking sheet, the laid paper baking.
Bake until it browns!

In the recipe, it was stated about 12 minutes, but it took me a little longer.
