Chocolate truffles


Sugar – 1.5 cups

Water – 0.5 cups

Butter – 100 g

Cocoa – 5 tbsp

Milk powder – 400 g

Walnut – 100g


Prepare the ingredients.

Sugar fill with water and put on fire.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and melt the butter and cocoa in the hot syrup

Mix thoroughly.

Gradually stir in milk.

Add the chopped nuts.

Knead the mass and put in the fridge for an hour.

Next Fashion a candy in the form of mushroom caps, roll in cocoa and serve with coffee or tea.
