Chocolate roll with banana


dark chocolate – 100 g
flour – 100 g
sugar – 100 g + 1 tbsp
grated lemon zest – 1 tsp
cream fat content of 35% – 250 ml
the juice of half a lemon
eggs – 4 PCs.
cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
bananas – 4 PCs.


Beat the eggs with 100 g sugar and lemon zest in a light foam. Add the flour and cocoa powder, mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into greased and with a parchment baking sheet. Bake 8 min. at 180°C.

Gently shift the hot cake on a kitchen towel sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar, roll into a roulade and leave to cool.

Chocolate cut into small pieces. Cream vzbit in a solid foam. Bananas grind in a blender along with the lemon juice until it looks creamy. To connect with cream and chocolate bits.

The cooled roll to expand, to evenly lubricate the prepared stuffing and re-roll them. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
