Chocolate muffins with custard


Flour – 300 g
Egg – 2 pcs.
Egg yolks – 2 pcs.
Butter – 150 g
Milk – 370 ml
Sugar – 160 g
Powdered sugar – 20 g
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Cocoa – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch


To prepare the cream, mix the egg yolks and caster sugar. Then pour in a thin stream of 200 ml of milk. Then add 2 tbsp. l. sifted flour.

Cook for about 5-8 minutes on low heat until the mixture thickens. For the chocolate dough mash the butter and sugar, beat the eggs, pour the milk and stir well. Take another container, mix in it the flour with salt, baking powder and cocoa.

Next, mix the flour mixture to the egg and milk. Fill greased molds a third chocolate dough. Put half a teaspoon of cream and cover with another third of the chocolate dough. Send muffins in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 20-30 minutes.
