Chocolate chip muffin in half an hour

Ingredients:

300 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
75 grams of chopped pieces of cold butter
150 ml of cold milk
dark chocolate (60%) – the number depends on how much You like chocolate
1 egg (beat for lubrication)

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 210 C, cover the baking tray with baking paper.

Flour mixed with baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Hands RUB oil into flour mixture.

Pour in the milk and knead the dough. Knead it on a Board sprinkled with flour, and roll out into a rectangle of a thickness of 3 mm.

Cut the rectangle into 12 equal parts and each put pieces of chocolate (the more the better 🙂 ).

Wrap the chocolate dough and lightly press around the edges to secure. Put the rolls on a baking sheet and smear each with beaten egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.

Remove the buns from the oven and serve with coffee and milk.
