Chocolate cake with orange jelly


For the dough:

flour – 1 cup
sugar – 2 tbsp
egg yolks – 2 pcs
3 tbsp – sour cream
butter – 100 g

For filling:

egg white – 1 piece
1 tbsp gelatin
3 oranges
1 tablespoon orange liqueur

For chocolate filling

300 g of dark chocolate
300 g of 30-35% cream


Sift flour and salt together. Butter, cut into pieces, put in the flour and chopped with a knife.

Add egg yolks, sour cream and sugar. Knead a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

Chilled dough roll into a circle, put in shape so as to cover bumpers. Put the dough on the parchment cut from a circle and pour the beans. Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

With a fine grater to remove the orange peel. Squeeze juice from all oranges. Pour it into a saucepan and warm up a bit.
