Chocolate cake with matzo


The plate of matzah — 7 pcs
Milk — 1 Cup
Rum — 2 tbsp

For the cream:

Cream — 2 tbsp
Bar of milk or dark chocolate — 3 pcs
Butter — 100 g
Salt — 1 pinch
Vanilla sugar (optional) — 1 packet


For the cream: all the ingredients to melt in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. When the cream becomes homogeneous, remove from heat and allow to cool well in the refrigerator.

To assemble the cake: mix the milk with rum. A short while lower every plate of matzah in alcoholic milk. To give milk to drain, put the plate on the dish and fluff chocolate cream.

Apply the cream over the cake, optional sprinkle of chocolate chips.

To remove the cake in the fridge for a couple hours.
