Chocolate and banana ice-cream cake

Ingredients:

500 g of finished chocolate pudding
4 ripe bananas
0.5 cup honey
8 tsp chocolate syrup
1.5 cups of crumbs from biscuits
5 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation:

Thoroughly mix the crumbs from biscuits and half honey and peanut butter. Pressing down, spread the mixture over the bottom and sides of cake molds for diameter 22 cm.

Banana peel, mash until puree state. In a large flat pan with non-stick coating mix remaining honey and mashed banana. Cook over medium heat for 6 min., Stirring frequently, until thick. Give cool completely.

Chocolate pudding lay in a medium bowl, beat with a mixer until smooth. Gently mix the banana mixture to the pudding. Spoon the mixture over the cake base. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup. Decorate the balls from the pulp of a banana.
