Chips Lavash with spices


a large sheet of thin pita – 2 pieces
cumin (seeds) – 1 tbsp
coriander (seeds) – 0.5 tsp.
paprika sweet, ground – 0.5 tsp.
spicy red pepper – optional
sea salt medium grind – 1 tsp
vegetable oil – to taste


Sprinkle cumin and coriander on a dry heated pan and fry, shaking the pan, 1 minutes, Then pour into a mortar, add the salt, paprika and hot pepper, if used.

Pita bread cut with scissors into triangular pieces with sides of 4-5 cm, put in a single layer on 2 the laid baking paper baking tray.

Drizzle the pita bread with vegetable oil, mix well so that the oil spreads evenly. Sprinkle with spices, stir, bake at 200°C until crisp, 7-10 min., 1 times to mix. Serve warm or cooled with peach salsa and pico de gallo seasoning.
