Meat – 700 g beef or pork
Onions – 1 pc.

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Sweet paprika – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp

Tomato – 0.5 kg
Greens – at the request of parsley or mint
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
Water -. 2 cups (250 mL) hot
