Chicken with orange and mustard sauce

Ingredients:

peeled walnuts – 50 g
mustard – 4 tsp
vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
honey – 1 tbsp
ground black pepper – to taste
salt – to taste
Orange – 2 pcs.
Chicken – 1.2 kg

Preparation:

Chicken wash, cut into small pieces, rub with salt and pepper. With a fine grater to remove the orange peel. Squeeze juice from oranges. Nuts chop with a knife in the crumb.

Mix the nuts with the grated peel, roll in the resulting mixture of chicken pieces. Fry the chicken on high heat 2 tbsp oil heated, for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Then reduce the heat to medium and cook, covered until tender 7-8 minutes.

Beat the remaining oil with orange juice, honey and mustard. Sauce boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve sauce with chicken.
