Chicken with apples

Chicken with apples


Chicken fillet – 400-500 g
Apples – 2-3 pcs.
Onions – 1 pc.
Dried apricots – 100 g
Frozen green peas – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Curry (powder) – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste


In a wide pan with high sides to pour olive oil, heat, add curry powder and cumin, stir and warm 1 minute. Add sliced ‚Äč‚Äčinto pieces of chicken and fry until cooked.

Put the chicken on a plate.

Apples wash, dry and cut into slices.

In a frying pan, where roasted chicken, add the apples and onion, cut into half rings. Fry for 5 minutes.

Return to the pan chicken.

Dried apricots wash, dry, and also add to the pan.

Add green peas, pour 1/2 cup water (broth), add salt, pepper, stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Put on a plate. Serve with rice.
