INGREDIENTS

Chicken – 1.5-1.7 kg
Boiled Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sour cream 20% – 3 tbsp

For the marinade:

Pineapple juice – 120 ml
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp

For filling:

Minced meat (pork + beef) – 650 g
Canned pineapple (diced) – 200 g
Onion (grated on a fine grater) – 1 pc.
Carrots (grated on a coarse grater) – 1 pc.
Cheddar cheese (grated on a coarse grater) – 100 g
Raw eggs – 2 pcs.
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Rusk bread – 4 tbsp
Salt – 1,5-2 tsp
Black pepper – 0.5-1 tsp

Preparation:
