Chicken salad with celery

For this dish you can use both white and dark chicken meat. To fill the salad better unsharp mayonnaise with a soft creamy taste.


250 g pickled cucumbers
4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
600 g chicken fillets
250 g celery root
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp


Chicken fillet cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Remove with a slotted spoon foam, salt, reduce heat and simmer under the lid ajar for 20 minutes. Take the meat out, cool. Cut the chicken into strips and pickles.

Celery cleaned, cut into thin strips and place in a colander, put it in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Stir fillet, cucumber and celery. Season with mayonnaise.

Separately submit crunches.
