Chicken rolls with bacon


Chicken breast fillets or peeled – 2 pcs.
Cream cheese – 1 box
Red bell pepper (you can without pepper, I sometimes do with prunes or pickles) – 2 pcs.
Finely chopped parsley – 1 tbsp. l. with slide
Finely chopped dill – 1 tbsp. l. with slide
Sausage or bacon, fresh – 8 slips
Salt and black pepper to taste


1. Every half chicken cut with a sharp knife along the two plastics. If you try, you can and three, while smaller rolls are obtained, and careful, but we have arranged and such. Sliced have to fight off a little salt and pepper, to taste.

2. Fillet grease with a thin layer of cheese curd. Peppers my, clean and cut into medium-sized cubes.

3. Sprinkle each fillet diced pepper and a pinch of chopped green and turn a tight roll.

4. Each roll wrap a strip of bacon. The oven heats up to 180 degrees.

5. baking dish lightly grease with vegetable oil and spread it in rolls (better to take the form of such meat to lay tightly).

6. Send the form in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
