Chicken roll with pepper

Scrumptious chicken roll stuffed with bacon, cheese and sweet pepper fun for the whole family!


  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs
  • Bacon – 10 slices,
  • Mozzarella – 80 g,
  • Red bell pepper (small) – 1 pcs.
  • Yellow bell peppers (small) – 1 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove,
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Oregano – 1 tsp
  • A small bunch of parsley,
  • Pepper,
  • Salt.


Peppers bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, constantly turning to baked on all sides. Put in a bag and leave for 10 minutes. Pepper peel and cut into strips.

Chicken breast repulse, while trying to give it a shape close to a rectangle. Put one on the second 5 slices of bacon. Slices should slightly overlap and create a region slightly larger than the chicken. Place the bacon on the beaten off the breast.

Season with salt and pepper, brush with a little oil and garlic, passed through the press. Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, lay the strips of red and yellow peppers, cheese wedges.

Reduce roll and tie up a thread. Do the same with the second breast. In a frying pan heat the oil and fry it until golden brown rolls. Put chicken rolls in a baking dish and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Before serving, chill roll and cut into pieces.
