Chicken liver with cheese and tomato

Ingredients:
500 g chicken liver
150 g mozzarella cheese
100 g of cheese, any solid
2 tomatoes (I have a few cherry)
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper, thyme.

Preparation:
Chicken liver cut into medium pieces and fry in olive oil a few minutes.
I do not fry until crisp, stirring just held it up in a pan evaporation of liquids.
Cooked and chilled liver spread in a baking dish.
Salt, pepper, add the thyme and garlic squeezed (I garlic chopped into small cubes).

With tomato remove the peel and cut into small squares (I just cut small slices of cherry).
