Chicken in mustard sauce with asparagus

Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts — 2 PCs.
Asparagus — 150 g
Cream — 100 ml
Mustard — 2 tbsp
Parsley — 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1. Chicken Breasts to thaw and rinse. A little dry with paper towels and place on a Board. RUB with salt and pepper. Cover the breast with foil and hit with a rolling pin or hammer otryvnym. Put chicken on your grill pan and fry on both sides.
2. Just put the chicken on a plate and give it a “rest”. Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes, then place in ice water, then put it on the Board.
3. For the sauce: pour into a saucepan a little cream, add dried parsley and mustard. Stir and put the saucepan on the fire. Simmer the sauce until thick.
4. Put chicken on a plate and then put sticks of asparagus. Liberally pour the sauce and serve.
