Chicken in batter and lemon sauce

In this recipe turns tender juicy chicken in sweet and sour sauce with a pronounced lemon flavor.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

6 chicken thighs or 4 legs without skin and bones
3 cloves garlic
9-10 green onions feathers
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons rice or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sahara
2 tablespoons flour

For the sauce:

juice and zest of 1 small lemon
60 ml of rice or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
50g sugar
1 tsp potato starch


Hips cut into small pieces, “one bite.”

Put in a bowl, add the ginger, chopped garlic, finely chopped onion and other ingredients. Mix and put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

We take out the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and add the flour. Mix so that all the flour covered pieces
In a deep frying pan or saucepan warm up the oil for deep-frying.

In 3 approach fry the chicken pieces until crispy golden brown, about 4-5 minutes to run.

We shift to paper towels to soak up excess fat.

Save the chicken warm.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a small dipper.

Put on medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil and thickens.

Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces and stir quickly so that the sauce enveloped each piece.
Serve with rice or rice noodles.
