Chicken hearts in a tomato sauce with coriander

Ingredients:

Chicken hearts — 1 kg
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Tomato sauce — 100 ml
Parsley — 1 bunch
Garlic — 5 cloves
Coriander (ground) — 1 tsp
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste

Preparation:

Wash the hearts under cold running water, cut the white veins.

Preheat a large skillet with vegetable oil. Add the hearts and fry on all sides for 10 minutes. Season with coriander, salt and pepper to taste. Mix.

Add tomato sauce and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before end of cooking add the garlic.

Mix well. Serve hot, generously sprinkled with parsley.
