Chicken fillet with cheese and herbs

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 4 PCs.
Cottage cheese — 200 g
Greens — 100 g
Turmeric — 1/2 tsp
Garlic — 2 cloves
Milk — 4 tbsp
Butter or oil — 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs — to taste
Salt, black ground pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1. For the filling: chop the greens and mix with cottage cheese. Add the milk, turmeric, pushed through a press garlic, salt and ground black pepper.
2. In each chicken fillet to make a deep incision to form a pocket. Stuff the fillet with the stuffing.

3. Coat each filet with vegetable oil or melted butter. Roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Lay filets in a refractory form and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, occasionally basting segregated juice.
