Drumsticks – 6 pcs.

Red wine (dry) – 2/3 bottle

Olive oil – 80 g

Butter – 40 g

Onions – 3 pcs.

Celery – 350 g

Garlic – 3 cloves

Thyme – 5 sprigs

Rosemary – 3 branches

White pepper – to taste

Black pepper – to taste

Salt – to taste


  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 200ᵒS.

Wash celery stalks, dry. Onions clean and cut into fairly large rings.

Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and send it in the oven for 15 minutes.

  1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the butter in the olive.
  2. Put the chicken legs to the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown confident.
  3. Meanwhile, crush the garlic with the skin directly. Separate the leaves from the stems of rosemary.
  4. Remove the vegetables from the oven and place them on top of the already well-browned legs.

Good salt and pepper. Add the rosemary leaves and thyme sprigs and garlic.

Pour two thirds of a bottle of wine (can be whole), cover and simmer for about an hour.

  1. An hour later, open the pot and let boil over virtually the entire blame.
  2. Beef ready!
