Cherry soup


cherry – 250 g
sugar – 100 g
sour cream or heavy cream – 125 ml
flour – 1 tbsp
water – 1 l


Cherry Wash, remove the stones, to shift into a saucepan. Pour water, add sugar, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the flour with sour cream, add 2 tbsp. l. hot cherry syrup. Mix.

Pour this mixture into the soup, bring to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with foil and allow to cool.
