Cherry jam with chocolate


cherries pitted – 500g fresh or frozen,

sugar -1 st.,

lemon juice – 1 tbsp,

cognac – 100 ml (available rom)

black chocolate – 100 gr


Since I had a cherry frozen pitted, she let the juice during defrosting. If fresh cherries, remove pits, pour the sugar and leave, so she let the juice.

Cherry with sugar, pour into a bowl Slow cooker or in a pan, add the lemon juice. Enable simmer, for 20 minutes.

I cook with the lid open.

How to boil, add the brandy. Stirring occasionally, cook until done.

Remove the bowl Slow cooker , add chocolate broken into pieces.

Stir to dissolve the chocolate

Put cherry jam into another container blender and blend until smooth
Let cool, and you can try.
