simple (no fillers) biscuits or salty, crunchy crackers – 250 g
melted butter – 120 g
softened cream cheese – 500 g
fine sugar – 1 cup
Eggs – 3 pcs.
sour cream – 300 g
heavy cream – 300 g
orange liqueur (Grand Marnier) – 1/4 cup
grated orange peel – 1 tbsp. l.
melted dark chocolate – 100 g


Preheat oven to 160 degrees. The bottom of the split molds for baking (20 cm) lay parchment paper. Cookies in a blender grind to the consistency of breadcrumbs.

Add the butter and mix again until smooth. Put the prepared pan obtained crumbs evenly pressing it on the sides and bottom. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, a mixer to mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. One by one add the eggs, stirring well after each.

Put the sour cream, cream and mix again. Divide the weight of the two bowls. In one part add the orange liqueur and zest, and the other – melted chocolate. Put half of the chocolate cream in the form of a crumb. Top with the orange mixture.

Repeat layers with remaining cream. With a knife or wooden skewer to hold over the filling, creating a “marble” effect. Bake for about 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the cake for 2 hours to cool. Then put in the refrigerator until cool (preferably overnight).
