300 g sour cream

3 large eggs
60 ml liqueur “Baileys”

Chocolate chop. Half of the chocolate melt in a water bath. Cool to room temperature. Beat with a mixer cream cheese with sour cream and sugar. Continuing to whisk, add the eggs one at a time. Add the melted chocolate and chopped, pour the liqueur and stir. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold.

Turn off the oven, open the door and let the cheesecake cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
