Cheesecake with cherries

The combination of sandy cake, sweet curd and sour cherries to not leave anyone indifferent! Highly recommend to cook this cake! Instead, you can use cherries cherries, apricots and other fruits.


– The basis:

flour – 200 g
butter – 100 g
dairy cream – 1 tbsp
sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
chicken eggs – 1 pc

– Filling:

cream milk – 150 ml
sugar – 150 g
cherry – 200 g
curd – 200 g
chicken eggs – 2 pieces
vanilla – 1 package
starch – 1 tbsp


In a bowl, whisk whisk 1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp cream.

Add melted butter and whisk again

Enter the flour and knead a soft elastic dough.

Spread the dough on a greased form (diameter 24 cm), making bumpers. Remove form the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling. In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, starch and whisk until smooth.

Rinse cherries, remove the seeds and discard in a colander to glass excess fluid.

Take out the form with the dough and pour the filling, smooth.

Ready cake to cool completely.

Very tasty eat cake with tea or a cold compote.
