Cheese soup with chicken

My wife and I really loved the cheese and cream soups and today I want to show you one of them.


5 (or more) liter pot

500 gr. chicken fillet

400 gr. cream cheese (eg Hochland tub)

150 gr. rice

400 gr. potatoes

150 gr. carrot

150 gr. bow



herbs to taste


Chicken filet pour 3 liters. water,

and cook until tender (25 minutes after boiling).

When fillet is ready, it should be removed.

In the boiling broth to fill the rice, cook for 10 minutes.

The meat cut into small pieces.

Mince the onion.

Carrots grate.

Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes or cubes.

In the broth add potatoes, onions and carrots.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Stir the soup! For rice can try burnt down.

Then add the meat and cook until the potatoes are cooked.

Add cheese, stir well and remove from heat.

When serving sprinkle with herbs.
