Cheese muffins

Ingredients:

Flour – 2 cups
Baking powder – 2 tsp..
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Egg – 2 pcs.
Butter – 50 g
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Zest of 1 lemon
1 vanilla bean or vanilla sugar

Preparation:

Mix in a blender until smooth sugar and curd. Then add milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, grated zest and vanilla sugar. Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Bake the cupcakes for about 40 minutes.
